Reception & Admissions
Our reception team will check you in and guide you through admission. Please bring photo ID, your GESY beneficiary details or insurance policy, and any referral letters, previous results or current medications.
Modern Facilities
On-site Diagnostics Centre (spiral CT, ultrasound, mammography and radiology), a clinical laboratory, operating theatres, a maternity ward with delivery and neonatal rooms, a dedicated endoscopy unit, and 19 en-suite rooms plus a high-dependency room.
Medical Records & Privacy
You have the right to access your health records and to keep your information confidential. We handle personal data in line with GDPR, supported by our Data Protection Officer, and respond to records requests within 30 days.
Insurance Department
Our dedicated Insurance Department helps you understand your cover and handles the paperwork on your behalf. We work with Cyprus’s General Healthcare System (GESY) and with local and international private insurers, and we’re happy to assist visitors with private or travel insurance.
Your Stay & Visiting
Inpatients are cared for in comfortable en-suite rooms. Our multilingual team is on hand throughout your stay. Please contact reception for current visiting hours and ward information.
Insurance & Billing
Lito Private Hospital wants the financial side of your care to be as clear and simple as possible. Our Insurance Department is here to guide you through your options and liaise directly with your insurer wherever we can.
GESY (General Healthcare System): As a participating provider, eligible GESY beneficiaries can access covered services under the terms of the scheme.
Private insurance: We work with most major Cypriot and international insurance companies. Bring your policy details and our team will help verify your cover and manage pre-approvals and claims where possible.
Visitors & medical tourists: If you’re visiting Cyprus, we can assist with private and travel-insurance claims and provide the documentation you need.
